A white lighthouse on a blue headland beneath a pale sun, with one cloud drifting off to the right. The ochre waxed paper takes the print unevenly, giving the cover the mottled depth that makes RO-BIKI notebooks better after they have been carried for a while.

Turn it over and a small airship crosses the back, a detail easy to miss on first look.

The waxed cover is made to crease, scuff and darken with use. Inside, the faint dot grid gives enough structure for notes without getting in the way of a drawing.
Material
Waxed paper cover. 60 pages of rough ivory premium writing paper with a 5 mm dot grid. Thread-bound with glue fixation.

Care
Keep dry. Creases, scuffs and darkening are expected as the waxed cover is used. Very wet inks or broad nibs may behave differently, so test first.

Made in Japan by Yamamoto Paper, a paper specialist founded in 1972 and based in Sakai, Osaka.
