Your order is packed and posted within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over a weekend or on a bank holiday are counted from the next working day.
Once posted, Royal Mail 2nd Class and Tracked 48 both usually take 2 to 3 working days. These timings are estimates rather than guarantees.
All paper is delivered free anywhere in the UK, whatever your order comes to.
For everything else, UK delivery is free when your order comes to £40 or more. Below that, delivery is a flat £3.95. That is the same tracked service, and it goes some way towards the postage and the packing materials rather than being folded quietly into the price of every object.
Paper sent on its own travels by Royal Mail 2nd Class letter post, which has no tracking. You will still receive an email when it leaves.
Larger paper pieces, and every other order, are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48. For these, your dispatch email includes a tracking link.
If you need something sooner, email me before ordering and I will tell you what is possible.
Orders are packed in Edinburgh, in paper, in whatever suits their size. Cards and smaller paper pieces travel flat in an envelope, and larger or more fragile pieces go in something sturdier. Either way, there is no plastic and no prices inside.
If your order is a gift, you can add a message when you order. I will write it by hand and include it with the parcel.
If your order is tracked, please check your tracking link first, as it will usually show where the parcel is.
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email me with your order number. I will look into it with Royal Mail, and if it cannot be found, you will receive a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. I cannot take responsibility for a parcel sent to an address entered incorrectly.
If you spot a mistake after ordering, email me straight away. Orders are packed quickly, so the sooner you tell me, the better the chance of catching it.
Returns are free anywhere in the UK, and you have 30 days from delivery to start one. The Returns policy explains how it works.
