Your order is packed and posted within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Anything placed over a weekend or on a bank holiday is counted from the next working day. Once posted, Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually takes 2 to 3 working days to reach you.

UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Yes. Every order travels with Royal Mail Tracked 48, and your tracking link is in your dispatch email the moment the parcel leaves.

Within the United Kingdom only for now. International delivery is on the list, and we hope to add it before long.

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed, then a further 14 days to send the piece back. Email hello@ourooh.co.uk with your order number to begin. Return postage is yours to cover unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, and your refund follows within 14 days of the return reaching us.

That is ours to fix. Write to hello@ourooh.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo, as soon as you reasonably can. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

Gift cards are sent by email as soon as the order is placed, so they cannot be returned or refunded once the code has been issued. If the card itself does not work, tell us and we will put it right.

Yes. Every order leaves wrapped in tissue and cream kraft, sealed with a plum O, with no prices anywhere inside. It can go straight into the hands it was bought for.

Yes. Leave your message in the order note at checkout and we will write it out by hand and tuck it in with the parcel.

Not everything, and we would rather say so. Some pieces are made by hand from start to finish, some are hand-finished, and some come from small studios using specialist craft processes. Each product page tells you which, along with the maker, the material and where it was made.

Yes. If you would like to send something well chosen to colleagues, clients, or guests, email hello@ourooh.co.uk with what you have in mind and we will look after the rest.
