Five gold cards with white envelopes, small enough that a few words are usually enough. For a thank you, a place at the table, or a note tucked into flowers.

The letterpress leaves the type sitting slightly below the surface of the paper. Inside each envelope is a honeycomb pattern, kept back for the person opening it.

300gsm FSC-certified European paper (cards), 100gsm ribbed canvas paper with gummed tab (envelopes). Honeycomb pattern printed inside each envelope.

About the maker
Founded in Brussels in 2007 by fine arts graduate Cédric Chauvelot, Le Typographe takes its name from a tiny bark beetle whose galleries resemble lines of type. Its stationery is designed, letterpress printed and finished by hand in the Brussels workshop.
