Pressed and mounted by hand by 23janvier in south-west France, from plants gathered, dried and pressed over three to five weeks.
Two Japanese maple leaves, still green, joined at the stem with a single winged seed caught between them. Gathered before the turn rather than after it, so what you get is the shape of the leaf rather than the colour of the season. The serrated edges come through the pressing intact.
Mounted on a 10 cm square of acid-free paper and stamped on the reverse with the 23fleurs mark. Each piece is named and individually different. It arrives unframed in a protective folder, so the frame is yours to choose.
